Personal Goals
- To become as knowledgeable about my content area and discipline as possible through continued education, workshops and professional development.
- To become a model for which students look to for guidance in challenging situations.
- Create a learning environment in which every student can learn and feels comfortable taking risks in order to grow.
- Nourish for students the rewards of learning for the sake of learning and improvement—not just to pass a test or a grade.
- Help students become well rounded individuals who have the skills to be the leaders of tomorrow.
